Public Speaking
Sarah’s presentations are designed to energetically bench press the room and leave participants with the tools needed to create positive change in essential aspects of life.
Coming from a family of teachers, educating and entertaining is in Sarah’s blood. For 8 years she enjoyed teaching Sports Psychology, BioPsychology, Health Promotion and Fitness Leadership as an Adjunct Professor at a local University for both the psychology and kinesiology departments. During this time she honed her skills as a presenter, connecting with her students/audience to keep them engaged and awake!
Sarah also carved out a niche providing companies with educational wellness ‘lunch and learns’. Her most popular include: The 4 ‘A’s of Stress Management, Labels and Sugars and Fiber Oh My!, Fitness at Work, and Mindfulness and the Brain. Per the request of a local middle school, Sarah developed three very popular workshops entitled The D.A.B. Method (resiliency development), BodyProud, and Confidence Boosters that she has been asked back to present year after year.
Most recently, Sarah has taken her Amazon Best Selling book Gym Shorts: 10 Lessons I Learned on the Fitness Floor and developed a workshop to exemplify the life altering power of taking the time to define lessons learned and put practical tools in place to yield exponential results at work and home.
